Personal
We begin with your life, your circumstances and the outcome that matters to you — not a standard programme.
Let's Talk

How I Work
My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you see more clearly what is already present — your strengths, motivations, patterns, possibilities and practical choices.
Discover what working together feels like ↓The experience
The work combines careful listening, honest challenge, experienced judgement and actions that can be applied in the real world.
We begin with your life, your circumstances and the outcome that matters to you — not a standard programme.
I listen for what is being said, what may be left unsaid and the patterns connecting your experience, decisions and ambitions.
Our conversations are warm and supportive, but not superficial. Assumptions that limit what you can see or do will be respectfully challenged.
Insight matters most when it changes something. Every conversation should leave you clearer and with a useful next step.
We respect what has brought you here without allowing the past to dictate what must happen next.
The Development of Potential approach
It is about recognising, developing and applying more of what is already within you. The approach gives our conversations direction without turning your life into a formula.
See more clearly the strengths, motivations, experience and potential already present.
Clarify the context, challenge and result that matter most at this point in your life or work.
Strengthen the capabilities, choices and confidence most likely to create meaningful progress.
Turn insight into practical movement, then learn from what happens and refine the way forward.
The Amaze process
There is a natural progression, but never a rigid formula. The work follows what will genuinely help you move forward.
We begin with what is happening, why it matters and what you would like to be different.
We explore your strengths, behavioural style, motivations, experience and recurring patterns.
We widen the view: roles, sectors, leadership approaches, decisions or alternative versions of your next chapter.
We establish what is attractive, realistic and aligned with the person you are now becoming.
We translate discovery into decisions, experiments and practical next steps — then refine them as you learn.
A typical engagement
Carefully chosen reflection or assessment between meetings, written insights and practical actions — with contact between conversations where appropriate. Some people choose to stay connected beyond the initial work: to have someone who remembers the journey, holds the dream with them and is available when things do not go to plan.
What I may draw upon
Where this work has been applied
The setting may be a boardroom, a career crossroads, a dressing room, a stage or a family conversation about the future. The work remains personal: understanding the individual, the context and the result that matters.
Heart-led
Confidential, unhurried conversations where your values, lived experience and possibilities matter.
“Human enough to understand the person.
Practical enough to change what happens next.”
Outcome-aware
We clarify what needs to change, challenge avoidance and look for evidence that the work is making a difference.
A note from Fran
“You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed question. Many people first contact me because they sense that something needs to change. We begin by understanding what that feeling may be trying to tell them.”
— Fran O’Reilly
A useful first step
The first conversation is a confidential opportunity to understand where you are, what may be changing and whether I might be able to help. There is no pressure to commit to anything.
